In its capacity as Data Controller, Calligaris S.p.A. wishes to inform you that, as a consequence of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship binding us to the firm you work for and in keeping with the duties and appointments assumed by you, your personal data and contact details (name, surname, date of birth and the such like, company email address, company telephone number, contact information for social platforms, etc.) may be mutually passed between the two firms or made available to their contact persons for the purposes of managing and executing the pre-contractual or contractual relationships in question.
Therefore, our company will process this personal data only insofar as is strictly necessary for the performance of all aspects of the contract. The data will be kept as long as it takes both parties to render the services outlined in the contract and subsequently within the limitation period provided for in the deeds and documents of the entrepreneur.
This account is for company correspondence only and must be used for the sole purposes of sending and receiving work-related messages. Any personal usage of this email account is neither envisaged nor authorised. Therefore, any outgoing messages or incoming replies will be treated as company messages and will be subject to routine management as provided for under corporate regulations. This means they may also be read by individuals other than the holder of the mailbox.
